About The Product
For rugged performance and convenience, you don't have to look any further than the Husqvarna Soff Cut PV 4000 Early Entry Concrete, 14 inch Orange Medium Aggregate. It's specially designed to cut through green concrete using the Soff Cut 5000 saw (5.5 hp to 25 hp) as part of the unique Soff Cut system: the only truly ultra early entry sawing system. The blade is designed for medium aggregates such as gravel and decomposed granite, making it well-suited for locations throughout North Dakota, South Dakota, Colorado, and New Mexico.
This system is engineered specifically for cutting concrete during the "green zone" as the surface first begins to harden. This helps reduce stress points and prevent cracks that are not only unsightly, but that also can reduce the structural integrity of the finished product. Each blade has a skid plate and blade block to keep pressure applied directly to the surface where it's needed while rotating in an upward motion, preventing chipping and spalling. Cuts can generally be made on the same day as pouring, saving both time and money. The 14 inch blade has a .125 or .263 inch segment width for greater precision and accuracy.
Do you wish to consider different sizes? Husqvarna is the leader in early entry blades and saws with their Soff Cut system, and both are offered in numerous sizes to accommodate virtually any job. Find blades from 5 inch to 14 inch. You'll also find blades suited for aggregates of virtually any hardness level to meet your project's specifications.
