It's designed to handle hard aggregate, non abrasive sand for precision cuts in concrete in its "green zone." The blade is designed for dry cutting in hard aggregate and ideally suited for locations such as areas of the Gulf including Texas, Alabama, Louisiana and Mississippi.

The 8 inch blade has a .100 inch segment width and is designed for dry cutting with the Husqvarna Soff Cut 4200 or Soff Cut 1500 E saws; 5.5 hp to 11 hp. Early entry saws are utilized for cutting green concrete, usually within an hour of two of it beginning to harden. This helps to prevent cracks along contraction lines to ensure a smooth and flawless surface.

Excel Series blades features a skid plate for upward rotation and reduced chipping and spalling.
