About The Product
Best Prices Roppe Vantage Raised Circles Stair Tread Without Riser Asphalt Rubber 72 inch x 12.06 inch is designed for reliable traction in demanding stairwell environments. This stair tread measures 72 inches in length and 12.06 inches in width, offering consistent coverage for commercial stairs and institutional projects. The Asphalt color creates a low-profile, modern appearance that works well across a broad range of interior schemes, particularly in busy spaces that experience heavy daily foot traffic.
The Vantage model incorporates a raised circles surface, which helps reduce slips and provides additional grip. The pattern isn't just about looks-it delivers a tangible improvement in how shoes interact with the surface, especially compared to flat or lightly textured alternatives. Cleaning is practical here as dirt and grime wipe off easily, and the circular texture doesn't hold onto debris the way deeper grooves can.
Its rubber composition handles repeated use and helps minimize sound compared to harder tread materials, making it ideal for environments where noise reduction is preferred. The tread comes with a 10-year warranty, providing assurance for extended use. As a tread without a riser, it caters to projects requiring only stair tread protection and allows flexibility for combined installations. Adhesive compatibility is broad, letting professionals select what fits best for their flooring surfaces and project needs.
The dimensions allow for straightforward installation with fewer seams, so most stair widths can be covered in a single piece, minimizing visible joins and weak spots. The 12.06-inch width offers ample stepping area, while the length is tailored to standard and oversized steps often found in institutional and commercial buildings.
The Made in USA label and warranty make it a reliable option for property managers or contractors focused on long-term value and product support.
