Roppe Light Duty Smooth Smoke Stair Tread- 60 Inch

Fast Shipping, Roppe Light Duty Smooth Smoke Stair Tread 60 Inch rubber model features a smooth finish and a choice of square or round profile edges. This tread was designed with the realities of light traffic in mind-think commercial offices, small retail, or non-industrial settings where you want something that holds up to daily wear without drawing too much attention. The Smoke color is subtle and professional, easy to pair with just about any floor or decor style, so you won't get locked into a dated look a few years from now.

At 60 inches in length and a precise 12.38-inch width, there's plenty of coverage for most commercial staircases. The material here is practical rubber-no frills, but not flimsy either. It's thick enough to absorb foot traffic and dampen some sound, but won't raise the step profile excessively. The smooth finish keeps it straightforward for cleaning, with no grooves or nooks for dirt to accumulate. It's the kind of product you'll appreciate when you see how little upkeep it demands over the years.

The profile can be ordered with either a square or round edge, so you can choose what works best aesthetically or for code compliance. Both profiles lay flush, minimizing tripping hazards and contributing to a safer stair environment overall. This isn't a multi-part system requiring extra steps; you get it pre-cut in a 60-inch run, ready for install. And because the entire line is manufactured in the USA, there's reassurance in both quality control and supply continuity-which matters if you're outfitting more than a staircase or two and need orders filled exactly as expected.

Backing that up is a five-year warranty that covers you in the long haul. For installers and facilities managers who need a simple, reliable tread for light-duty use-and prefer something easy to source and easier to specify-this hits the mark. While adhesives aren't bundled, it's compatible with common commercial cements and pressure-sensitive adhesives, giving you flexibility depending on substrate and permanence requirements. No custom accessories or risers included, but that does keep the SKU straightforward and reduces unnecessary excess.

The base pricing is competitive with what you'd find for generic treads, but you're getting the reassurance that comes from a recognized name in commercial flooring. The model is part of Roppe's standard offering, so replacements match, and add-ons later won't clash-useful for long-term property management.
