About The Product
Buy with Confidence-the Roppe Ribbed Clove Round Nose Stair Tread Rubber Type 60 inch x 12.25 inch offers reliable traction and a professional finish for any stairwell. Installed in busy corridors and commercial staircases, this stair tread stands out for its practical ribbed surface, which helps channel away dust, water, and debris, giving shoes a bit more grip where it counts. The clove color does a good job masking everyday scuffs and blends in well with both classic and contemporary settings, without drawing too much attention to itself.
Spanning 60 inches in length and 12.25 inches wide, this tread suits most commercial step sizes and provides ample coverage with no awkward overhang or trimming needed. The round nose is a simple addition that makes a difference: it helps minimize wear and curling along the stair edge, which often gets the most abuse in high-traffic spots. The tread's rubber material gives some flex, which helps when lining it up over different stair types-concrete, wood, or metal are all fair game. The ribbed texture goes edge to edge, offering consistent footing with every step and supporting everyday safety standards in offices, apartment buildings, or public facilities.
Most fitters will find installation straightforward, especially using adhesives suited for stair applications. This is a product produced in the USA, which means a level of quality control and reliability that's hard to overlook when planning for multi-floor projects or high-usage zones. There's also a five-year warranty, which matters if you're budgeting for long-term maintenance or wanting fewer future replacements and disruptions.
Consistency across bulk orders is a plus-each piece matches in finish and color, so there's no mixed-batch appearance to deal with. Ordering information, as well as options and installation tips, are readily available at the stair treads and risers page, making it simpler to review what you need for your project.
From a safety and practical standpoint, the ribbed tread handles wet foot traffic and cleaning schedules without losing its surface integrity. For property managers, contractors, or anyone responsible for maintaining stairs in active buildings, the Roppe Ribbed Clove Round Nose Rubber Stair Tread delivers solid, everyday utility with a neutral look that suits both new builds and refurbishments alike.
