About The Product
Secure Your Order for Skudo Board Heavy Duty Floor Surface Protection. This 4' x 8' sheet is built to shield work sites and finished floors from heavy-traffic damage, spills, and impacts. You're looking at a solution sized right for large commercial jobs or busy renovation projects; each sheet measures a full 4 feet wide by 8 feet long, delivers 32 square feet of coverage at 1/4 inch thick, and is designed to handle ongoing foot traffic, loaded carts, and drops without losing shape or curling at the edges.
The high-impact gray Skudo Board feels surprisingly lightweight when you move it around, but it doesn't show wear the way paper or thinner plastic barriers do. There's no soaking through, either; this material is waterproof, fire retardant, and slip resistant. Tackling a workspace with active trades? This sheet can stand up to concrete pours, epoxy installations, and the haul of heavy toolboxes. It's also made to withstand curling and warping under rapid temperature changes or shifting humidity. When cut or trimmed, the sheet edge stays straight, making it easy to butt sheets up against walls or around obstacles without leaving gaps.
Installation is straightforward: loose lay the sheets on top of your flooring, then tape the seams for full coverage. These sheets are reusable, so if you're prepping phased work or want to shift coverage to new locations as the build progresses, you can. Cleanup after the job is fast, pull up the sheets, wipe down, and they're ready for storage or use on the next job.
The gray profile is practical in active site environments; it's easy to spot misplaced tools, dust, or debris against its surface, and the density gives it a substantial, protective presence underfoot. Skudo Board is compatible with both concrete and epoxy, catering to a wide range of needs across industrial, commercial, or residential applications where a tough surface barrier is required.
For project managers aiming to keep floors untouched until handoff, this sheet gives you long-term coverage with no daily hassle. Any contractor working multiple zones, or looking to increase efficiency by reducing replacement and downtime, will notice the difference in performance and product lifespan.
