About The Product
The Husqvarna Vari Cut 1000 purple early entry blade is specially designed for the Soff Cut system, which is the only true ultra early entry system. It's made with performance and precision at the forefront while still offering a cost effective solution. When concrete is in the "green zone," cracks can begin to appear at stress points. By making strategic cuts throughout the surface, this damage can be prevented to ensure a professional and smooth finish. You can begin cutting as soon as the surface is able to support your weight and your equipment, often on the same day as the pour. It's an efficient way to ensure a durable and attractive finished product on jobs large and small.
This blade is made for ultra hard aggregates, making it well suited for locations along the Gulf like Georgia, Mississippi, Alabama, Texas and beyond. It's designed to work beautifully with the coordinating Soff Cut 150 walk behind saw, and features a .125 inch segment width for enhanced precision with each cut. It's also able to handle horsepower ranging from 5.5 hp to 25 hp and features a skid plate for an upward cutting rotation. This applies pressure to the surface where it's needed most to prevent chipping and spalling as you work.
Do you wish to consider different sizes? Husqvarna offers blades ranging in size from 5 inches to 14 inches to accommodate their full line of Soff Cut saws. You'll also find a variety of blade types for different aggregates and regions, so there's something for virtually any job type.
