About The Product
ASAP Delivery Roppe Ashen Ribbed 72 Inch Rubber Stair Tread in Ashen color improves footing and adds toughness with its ribbed surface and 12.25 inch width. In settings where consistent safety and traction are crucial, this tread's ribbed pattern provides dependable grip and directs dirt and moisture away from the step-addressing the common challenges of high-traffic staircases.
The tread measures a lengthy 72 inches and spans 12.25 inches wide, covering most standard commercial steps without requiring constant adjustment. Ashen is a neutral, practical color-it hides dust and everyday marks, fitting in easily with a wide range of interiors. Buyers can opt for a square or round nose profile to better match the character of their space. The square nose introduces a sharper edge, while the round nose offers more visual softness and extra surface over the stair lip.
Made in the USA from durable rubber, each tread can absorb ongoing wear caused by footfalls and rolling equipment-ideal for buildings where daily use takes its toll. The five-year warranty from Roppe supports the tread's longevity, which reduces the time and expense of frequent replacements for property managers or facilities teams managing multi-story buildings.
The rib pattern isn't just for appearance; it helps keep shoes from slipping, especially in wet conditions. By channeling away moisture, the tread helps maintain reliable footing, which is needed to meet commercial stair safety standards. Consistency in color and ribbing also means every step looks uniform-a key draw for architects and building owners who value clean lines and a cohesive look from step to step.
These stair treads come in a single 72-inch piece, so covering longer steps or achieving a continuous appearance is more straightforward. The sizing is precise, which cuts down on installation time and reduces wastage, an important advantage when outfitting larger spaces. With all materials selected and manufactured in the United States, oversight of quality remains high from start to finish.
