Roppe Ashen Square Nose Stair Tread, 72 Inch

Best Savings Roppe Ashen Square Nose Raised Square Stair Tread, 72 inch by 12.31 inch, delivers slip-resistant performance and a consistent Ashen color profile for stairways. This tread measures 72 inches long and 12.31 inches wide, sized to span standard commercial or residential steps comfortably from edge to edge. The raised square nose feature isn't just for looks - it adds tangible traction, especially important where stair edges are most exposed to traffic and wear.

The Ashen shade keeps things quietly neutral, integrating well with both contemporary and classic environments without dominating the visual field. Manufacturing takes place in the USA, which means tighter process controls and consistency from tread to tread. The rubber material has some genuine heft and flex - enough to absorb foot impact while holding its form without cracking or separating from the substrate. The surface finish is made to handle frequent use and maintains color even after repeated cleanings and scuffing.

Installation can be handled with compatible construction adhesives suited for rubber-based products, ensuring the stair tread stays put even in busy entryways and public corridors. Roppe backs this model with a 10-year warranty, a reflection of its long-term reliability for both appearance and slip resistance. This is a practical solution for spaces where steps see frequent use and cleaning-a way to add traction and uniformity without calling extra attention to itself.

Day-to-day upkeep is straightforward: a mop-down is usually enough to bring back its look after heavy use. Since the raised pattern is molded as part of the tread, there's less risk of peeling or chipping at the edges, common with pieces that rely on surface treatments instead of integrated patterns.

Value comes from the full 72-by-12.31-inch coverage, a material that maintains stability under years of foot traffic, and a look that supports a wide spectrum of public or private settings. See more stair tread options or gather additional details here.
