About The Product
Best Prices on the Roppe Asphalt 48 Inch Low Profile Raised Circular Square Stair Tread provide a durable rubber solution in circular finish and 12.50 inch width. This stair tread meets daily demands in busy public settings, from offices to institutional corridors, by combining practicality with lasting value. Manufactured in the USA and covered by a 10-year warranty, it's well suited for anyone focused on minimizing replacements and keeping spaces looking clean without constant intervention. The Asphalt color is subtle and practical-neutral enough to maintain a cohesive look, but it won't show every scuff from regular use.
Size here is functional: you get 48 inches in length and 12.50 inches wide, ensuring comprehensive coverage for a range of stairways, especially in commercial settings that call for consistency and safety. The low profile supports accessible entry and exit, reducing tripping hazards without sacrificing foot grip. The raised circular finish isn't just about appearance-it gives extra traction while being easy to clean, making it a logical fit for areas where maintenance routines are routine and floors need to remain safe even with heavy foot traffic.
Constructed entirely from rubber, this tread offers a softer, slip-resistant experience underfoot than hard plastic or basic vinyl alternatives. Because the raised circular pattern is an integrated part of the tread rather than an applied surface, it holds up to years of traffic and cleaning without the common issues like peeling or diminishing texture. Its practical utility stands out-you install it once, and you won't find yourself tracking uneven wear within a short time span.
A decade of warranty coverage demonstrates confidence in its staying power-a meaningful benchmark if your job depends on sourcing materials that perform reliably. The tread arrives as a 48-inch section, making coverage across runs of steps straightforward, and reducing the likelihood of piecing together off-sized components. For further details on adhesive compatibility or accessories, consult with your installer; various environments (educational, commercial, healthcare) often have their own requirements.
