About The Product
Guaranteed Savings on the Roppe Clove Heavy Duty Smooth Stair Tread 72 inch provides a Clove color rubber tread with a 12.31 inch width made for lasting performance. This tread is a practical fit for elevator lobbies, commercial stairwells, or anywhere that sees steady daily traffic. The Clove color quietly anchors the space-neutral without feeling cold, and it won't show dust or heel marks the way lighter shades can. The smooth surface makes routine cleaning fast, something custodial crews notice after a few weeks on the schedule.
This model comes in a full 72-inch length, so it spans most standard commercial steps with room to spare-no awkward seams or extra cuts unless you want them. The 12.31 inch width covers the tread from riser to nose, making it easier to meet code and avoid the look of pieced-together runners. Square and round edge profiles are both available, so you can match your existing setting or meet whichever safety profile your specs call for. Made in the USA, you get the same consistent material and color batch after batch, which matters if you're filling a large order or doing phased installs over time.
The heavy-duty rubber holds up against foot traffic, moving carts, and the occasional impact. What also matters over time: it resists curling and warping at the corners, so you don't end up with safety hazards partway through the product's lifespan. The 10-year warranty gives property managers or facility teams extra peace of mind-this isn't a quick-fix product, but something that keeps downtime and replacement costs down over the years.
Installation is straightforward-compatible with most stair adhesives and common step surfaces. You can view more details, bulk pricing information, or reach out for advice directly via the official product page: https://bladesasap.com/categories/stair-treads-risers/.
