About The Product
Call Now for Exclusive Savings on the Roppe Greige Low Profile Raised Circular Square Stair Tread, a 60 inch rubber stair tread made for dependable performance and contemporary style. When you're managing areas with steady foot traffic-think hallways in a school, lobbies, or apartment stairwells-this tread offers a low-profile solution that's made to last. Measuring 60 inches in length with a 12.5 inch width, it's sized for wide stairs and broader landings, helping cut down on seams and awkward joins. The slim profile adds just enough texture for safe traction, but it won't snag shoes or most cleaning equipment.
The raised circular square finish goes beyond simple aesthetics. Rounded square patterns help maintain a consistent, low height across the tread, combining slip resistance with a smooth, unobtrusive presence underfoot. Since the tread is rubber, issues like chipping and warping aren't in play, and spills don't seep in-for busy commercial buildings, upkeep is straightforward and takes less time than most alternatives. The greige color quietly works with nearly any wall or flooring, offering a neutral, modern appeal without drawing attention away from the room as a whole. It's a choice that fits well from business spaces to more industrial or urban projects.
Manufactured in the USA, Roppe's stair tread is a product of precise molding and quality-controlled materials. The 10-year warranty adds assurance whether you're specifying materials for multi-unit buildings, educational spaces, or any high-traffic setting where overlooked details can add up fast. These treads maintain their edge profile and integrity even after repeated cleaning cycles and years of use-something noticeably lacking in lesser rubber options.
The installation process is flexible: select suitable adhesives and finishing accessories based on the subfloor or riser conditions you're facing. If your project involves multiple stair materials or unpredictable surface prep, this adaptability can make a difference. The neutral greige blends efficiently with various trim colors or stair risers, giving you more aesthetic leeway throughout the building.
Keep in mind that accessories and adhesives are available separately-be sure to plan the specifics of your stair project accordingly. For building managers, architects, or anyone responsible for large-scale facility materials who prioritize safety, durability, and straightforward maintenance, the Roppe Low Profile Raised Circular Square Stair Tread provides real consistency and long-term value without complicating your workflow.
