About The Product
Call Now for Exclusive Savings, the Roppe Low Profile Raised Circular Square Stair Tread Greige 72 Inch provides reliable slip resistance with its durable rubber build and extended 72-inch length. This stair tread handles daily wear in commercial properties, schools, and institutional buildings-a straightforward solution for keeping steps safer under constant use. The low profile means less bulk and a closer fit to each step, which makes maintenance crews' lives easier when cleaning or inspecting.
This model measures 12.50 inches in width, enough to cover wider steps without leaving gaps, and the continuous 72-inch run gives plenty of material for customization or quick installation without constant joining. The raised circular pattern isn't just about appearance; it supplies tangible traction and tactile feedback, reducing slips even with wet shoes or heavy traffic. Greige as a color reads neutral in both directions-it works equally well in bright modern builds and muted, utilitarian settings, and it's forgiving when it comes to showing dust or everyday use.
Rubber as the primary material ensures long-term performance. It stands up to heavy foot traffic, frequent cleaning, and the kind of moisture that finds its way indoors during rainy seasons. This stair tread won't warp or curl with normal maintenance routines, and the 10-year warranty supplied by Roppe brings peace of mind for both facility managers and installers working within project timelines. Manufacturing is handled in the USA-an important consideration for those needing domestically sourced finishes or meeting particular contract requirements.
Fit is consistent across every tread, and the continuous length makes installation straightforward, minimizing seams and alignment headaches. Match it with the right adhesives to suit your step surfaces-wood, concrete, or previously finished stairs all work as long as you follow prep guidance. If you have questions on adhesives or installation, check resources specific to your subfloor for best results.
