About The Product
Largest Roppe Retailer Roppe Low Profile Raised Circular Square Stair Tread Dolphin 72 Inch Rubber product provides reliable coverage and a contemporary circular surface in a functional 72-inch by 12.50-inch layout. This tread is well suited for commercial properties that demand longevity and practical traction, handling long runs of stairs without requiring joint lines or extensive adjustments.
With its low-profile form, the tread sits close to the step without adding unnecessary bulk and avoids interfering with clearance near stair noses or risers. The raised circular texture is a practical solution for slip resistance, and because the pattern is shallow, it stays easy to maintain when it comes to upkeep for property management teams. The surface sheds debris with minimal effort, ideal for education facilities, hospital corridors, and public access environments where clean presentation matters.
The ‘Dolphin' color, a versatile gray, coordinates well with various palettes and won't dominate the visual setting-useful for spaces needing a neutral foundation. The tread is manufactured from durable rubber that performs under heavy foot traffic and repeated cleaning cycles. This is a product built for applications that can't afford frequent replacements or unsightly wear caused by constant use.
All manufacturing is based in the USA, and there's a ten-year warranty in place, providing added confidence for longer-term institutional or contract installations. Sourcing for larger projects is straightforward, with consistent coloration and sizing from one batch to another-helpful for multi-phase properties and ongoing renovations.
Installation adhesives and accessories are available as separate products, giving installation teams the flexibility to select bonding agents that suit site-specific surfaces or humidity levels. The profile is especially compatible with both fresh stair installations and straightforward replacements when updating outdated surfaces, keeping transitions subtle and compliant with safety guidelines while avoiding abrupt height increases.
