About The Product
Lowest Price Online Roppe Ribbed Stair Tread Light Brown 72 Inch Rubber Stair Tread 12.25 Inch x 72 Inch provides dependable, long-lasting stair protection and grip for high-traffic areas. If you're seeking a reliable solution for busy environments, this stair tread stands out with its full 72-inch length and a 12.25-inch width, making it suitable for both commercial and residential settings where slip resistance and durability have to be a given - not a hope.
When it comes to profile and finish, the ribbed surface isn't just there for looks. Those ribs add surefooted grip in both wet and dry conditions, helping to reduce slips where it counts. There's flexibility here too: choose square or round nose profiles depending on your stair geometry or personal preference, making installation more straightforward across different stair designs. The consistent light brown color delivers a neutral appearance that blends easily in a range of decors, from offices to educational facilities and more.
The composition is a commercial-grade rubber, selected to handle repeated foot traffic and resist everyday scuffs or wear. That's paired with a five-year warranty, which demonstrates real-world confidence in the product's staying power. Roppe brings the manufacturing home - all of these treads are made in the USA, and that's more than just a footnote. For architects and facility managers, domestic sourcing can simplify spec compliance and project timelines.
Length and width are non-negotiables in stair protection, and at 72 inches by 12.25 inches, these treads cover a full step from end to end. There's no awkward piecing together or settling for a too-short cut, which means a cleaner finish and less fuss on installation day. The closely set ribs run the full tread, giving traction nose to edge. Choose square nose for a sharp, modern transition or round for something a bit softer; each is designed to fit snugly over the stair edge, providing coverage and reducing trip hazards.
These treads are designed primarily for glue-down installation - bring your preferred adhesive, and you're ready to go. With rubber as the base material, the maintenance routine is straightforward: regular cleaning keeps these treads looking sharp and functional for years.
