Roppe Light Duty Smooth Light Brown Stair Tread- 60 Inch

ASAP Delivery Roppe Light Duty Smooth Light Brown Stair Tread, measuring 60 inches long and 12.38 inches wide, features a smooth finish and a square or round edge. This tread is sized for most commercial and light industrial stairs, supplying broad coverage that minimizes waste and fits typical building stairwells without fuss. Ideal for locations where you need efficient installation across entire flights, from educational facilities to low- to moderate-traffic offices and retail environments.

The light brown tone settles easily into both modern and traditional settings-neutral enough to balance with a range of existing or new floor surfaces. It's a practical color choice too, since it helps disguise routine scuffs between cleaning cycles. With the option of square or round edge profiles, you can match safety needs or match visual transition preferences. Square edges give steps a crisp, defined perimeter, while round edges deliver a subtler outline, both aimed at promoting stair clarity and reducing trips.

This stair tread is made in the USA from Roppe's signature rubber material, well known for its slip-resistant, slightly cushioned footing. Noticeably quiet underfoot, it lessens the sound of traffic through the day-a detail that adds comfort and helps maintain a calm atmosphere in busy spaces. The smooth finish doesn't trap debris and allows for quick, easy cleaning-a straightforward mopping or wiping removes tracked-in dirt or dust. Roppe backs this product with a five-year warranty, covering you on material quality for the long haul.

At 12.38 inches in width, each tread is wide enough to cover single steps in most installations without requiring extra nosing or fill pieces. You'll typically attach these using adhesives or fasteners recommended by the manufacturer, and when set in place, the tread sits flush for a seamless visual and safer step. Intended for light duty areas-think classrooms, multi-residential hallways, or retail stairs-this is a solution where you want dependable hold without excess bulk.

Produced domestically, this tread supports supply chain dependability and quality assurance-important factors for projects where timing and consistency matter. For those seeking a cost-effective step covering that stands up to everyday foot traffic, this model blends functional performance, maintenance simplicity, and warranty-backed reliability in a single product.
