About The Product
Guaranteed Savings makes the Roppe Low Profile Raised Circular Square Stair Tread Battleship 72 Inch rubber stair tread a practical solution for commercial spaces. This tread comes in at 72 inches long and 12.50 inches wide, offering broad coverage for institutional and commercial staircases that see steady daily foot traffic. The profile is intentionally low, avoiding extra height that can complicate retrofits or ongoing maintenance, while the subtle raised circular square pattern provides focused traction without being overly aggressive or distracting.
Battleship is a utilitarian shade-neutral gray with just enough depth to conceal everyday impacts and scuffs in environments like schools, government buildings, and offices. Manufactured from commercial-grade rubber, this stair tread is prepared to handle frequent use, supporting a 10-year warranty that reflects its expected longevity. The finish delivers dependable slip resistance, with the circular surface providing enough grip while maintaining a clean visual line for the full length of the tread.
Installation is straightforward for most commercial projects. The low-profile construction helps it fit on a wide array of existing stairs with minimal prep. You won't find adhesives bundled in, but the surface is compatible with the standard adhesives regularly used in commercial flooring-an essential trait for contractors staying nimble on-site. The 72-inch length is especially convenient for larger stairs but can be trimmed where shorter runs are required, all while maintaining professional results.
Made in the USA, Roppe stair treads have a well-established track record with building managers and contractors. Quick domestic availability is another plus, especially when larger quantities are needed for phased installation or replacement cycles. With a decade-long warranty and clear attention to performance standards, this model is favored for facilities where reliable, low-maintenance flooring components are needed to meet codes and future-proof spaces.
