About The Product
Best Prices. Tarkett Johnsonite Adirondack Color Splash Stair Tread Hammered 72 inch stands out as a smart, durable solution for busy stairwells in places where both toughness and appearance matter. Measuring a full 72 inches long and 12.25 inches wide, it scales up to even the largest steps, supporting traffic in commercial centers, schools, or any setting where hundreds of feet move through daily. The hammered texture on the surface doesn't just mask everyday wear-it's also about practical safety, providing a secure step and helping to hide marks and minor abrasions. For buildings that see a steady flow of people, that detail matters over time.
The Adirondack Blue color is strong and versatile-neither too bold nor washed out-so it fits comfortably into everything from modern builds to more traditional interiors. The square profile keeps edges well-defined, giving stairs a neat, precise character that stands apart from rounded alternatives. If the little things matter to you, that sharper line along the riser gets noticed. Made entirely from rubber, the tread is tough enough for continuous use: resistant to impact, able to handle repeated cleaning, and reliable in the face of routine wear. It's made in the United States, bringing with it a 5-year warranty for both material integrity and workmanship.
For installation, you're able to select adhesives that fit your specific subfloor, so there's real flexibility for spaces with different underlying materials or tricky stair geometry. This is especially handy if you're handling renovations in large facilities or working across multiple installation phases. The tread is compatible with hammered-finish risers if you want a consistent look up and down the entire flight. Installers benefit from the 72-inch factory length, which can be trimmed to size on site, so there's rarely an odd step left uncovered.
No excess accessories are packed in, which helps with budgeting and keeps the supply streamlined for large projects. Contractors and project managers can find the full details and order information at: Tarkett Johnsonite Hammered Stair Treads.
For anyone managing public spaces, educational facilities, or multi-use stairways, this Color Splash stair tread offers strong wear performance and a polished, professional appearance where both really count.
