About The Product
Best Prices Online Tarkett Johnsonite Octoberfest Color Splash Stair Tread Brown rubber 48 inch Raised Round delivers reliable traction and a consistent profile for high-traffic commercial steps. This stair tread holds up in busy entryways and corridors, meeting the demands of locations where stair safety and durability can't be left to chance. Each tread is manufactured in the United States, so you're getting proven reliability straight from a well-established source, not a generic import.
With a length of 48 inches and a width of 12.25 inches, there's full step coverage for most commercial installs, helping you avoid complicated measurements or on-the-fly alterations. The surface features a raised round texture - actual circular protrusions that help channel away dirt while improving slip resistance with every step. The square edge maintains a uniform, professional appearance, aligning closely with risers for a clean finish that doesn't catch shoes or wheels.
The use of heavy-gauge rubber is immediately noticeable when you pick up this Color Splash model. It's formulated to absorb repeated foot traffic without showing early wear. The brown shade has a warmth that fits in naturally across education, residential, or retail environments - it's a neutral color that's practical to maintain, as any minor marks from shoes or cleaning equipment blend in rather than stand out. With this finish, scuff and dirt resistance aren't just claims; you see the benefit week after week as the treads keep their consistent appearance and surface grip.
Many facility managers and contractors turn to the Color Splash stair tread when straightforward installation and long-term performance are priorities. There are no unnecessary frills, no complex trim work-just a standard commercial profile that repeats in uniform sections, making the procurement and fitting process less stressful. Adhesives and matching nosings are available separately, and everything lines up with the broader Johnsonite system for larger stairwell jobs. A 5-year warranty underlines the level of assurance from Tarkett for ongoing reliability.
If your project calls for a tread that takes on daily use, keeps its footing secure, and remains easy to clean, this brown raised round profile is about as versatile as it gets. Sizing is simple, and finish options don't veer into anything overly trendy, so you can specify with confidence for consistent results across multiples flights or even entire buildings.
