About The Product
Quick Ship Tarkett Johnsonite Octoberfest Color Splash Stair Tread Brown Rubber Raised Square 48 inch is designed to provide reliable traction and consistent durability for stair installations. If keeping foot traffic safe and minimizing wear is the top priority for your project, this is a product that hits all the right notes. It's built for commercial and public spaces where quality materials and a well-executed profile aren't open to compromise. There's no shortage of stair treads on the market, but few combine the depth and resilience of commercial-grade rubber with a profile this sturdy.
Color Splash in Octoberfest Brown delivers a professional, understated look that works in a range of settings-from office buildings to schools, healthcare corridors to retail entrances. At 48 inches long and 12.25 inches wide, you're getting coverage that handles standard stair widths with minimal trimming, and the square profile gives defined edge protection. The raised square surface isn't just visual-it offers reliable grip underfoot and helps keep dust and water from accumulating on the walking surface, meeting common safety requirements and day-to-day challenges. Each tread holds up well to repeated cleaning and years of heavy use without losing color or resilience.
This specific model is manufactured in the United States, and there's a five-year warranty behind it-details that matter when you're balancing project longevity with procurement confidence. Installation is straightforward with most commercial-grade adhesives (not included), and you won't have to worry about odd odor or unpredictable fit. The entire tread feels practical and engineered with daily use in mind, rather than being packed with features nobody really needs.
If you've got orders moving fast or need certainty on timing, this stair tread ships quickly. It's part of Tarkett's effort to keep spec-driven projects on track and moving efficiently-no prolonged lead times, no last-minute backorders.
