About The Product
Lowest Price Online. Tarkett Johnsonite Sandstorm Color Splash Stair Tread Hammered 48 inch is built for those who need reliable stair protection in commercial or high-traffic spaces. Manufactured in the United States, it offers a practical approach to safety and durability, and comes with a 5-year warranty for added assurance.
This Sandstorm Color Splash tread features a hammered finish in a versatile brown shade. The finish isn't just for appearance-its subtle texture helps reduce slips, which is crucial for public or heavily used stairwells. With measurements of 48 inches long and 12.25 inches wide, this tread fits standard stair configurations, making planning and installation easier for contractors and facilities managers.
Made from high-quality rubber, the tread resists daily wear like scuffs and abrasions while helping absorb foot traffic impact. The square profile provides a clean edge along each step, supporting visual clarity and compliance with safety codes. Every measurement and material spec is direct and easy to reference, so you'll always know the specifics before starting installation.
The tread comes without adhesives, allowing you to choose the correct bonding agent for your project's base surface and needs. This flexibility works well for unique jobs or renovations that require a specific installation schedule or product compatibility. Matching risers and accessories are available in the same hammered finish and brown color for a consistent result across stairways.
Facility managers, property owners, and contractors looking to balance long-term wear with a straightforward, attractive appearance will find this tread gets the job done. Strong pricing and clear specs allow for accurate budgeting and planning.
