About The Product
ASAP Delivery of the Tarkett Johnsonite Torch Lake Color Splash 60 inch Blue Stair Tread delivers reliable durability and a modern raised round profile for versatile installations. If you're sourcing a stair tread that balances appearance and practical performance, this option stands out for its construction quality and subtle visual impact. The square profile, paired with a consistent raised round surface, gives each step definition and a noticeably contemporary feel - it's a good choice for areas demanding both color and clarity without drawing too much attention.
At 60 inches long and 12.25 inches wide, this stair tread is intended for wide steps and larger commercial installations. You benefit from full coverage on most flights, which can mean faster installs and fewer seams compared to shorter sections. The Torch Lake blue - a deliberate but restrained hue - offers a lift to institutional or modern office interiors while remaining professional in tone. Precise square edges keep transitions clean and tailored rather than soft or undefined.
Made from high-quality rubber, this stair tread absorbs everyday impact and resists the kind of wear that accumulates quickly in busy spaces. The raised round surface does more than just catch the eye: it improves underfoot grip, reducing slip risks on both normal and high-traffic stairs. This is particularly relevant for settings where safety compliance and reliability both matter, whether that's in healthcare corridors or public education buildings.
Production is based in the United States, which makes sourcing straightforward and supports longer-term availability for facilities needing regular replacements. Coverage is supported by a 5-year warranty - a practical reassurance if you're balancing longevity with budget constraints. For anyone managing larger sites, it's this sort of warranty period that makes planning ahead easier and minimizes maintenance surprises.
Tarkett Johnsonite Color Splash Raised Round Blue Stair Tread 60" is compatible with adhesives approved for use with rubber treads, letting you choose based on substrate or code requirements. The generous 60-inch length reduces offcuts and speeds up fitting - particularly useful in renovations with repeating layouts. The raised round top even helps minimize the visibility of scuffs, streamlining cleaning and upkeep schedules for property managers or custodial teams.
More details and documentation are available on the product's dedicated page. Made in the USA, this stair tread is built for spaces where durability and appearance need to work together, not compete. It's a solid pick when your spec list values clarity, safety, and a finished look that doesn't fade into the background.
