About The Product
Fast Shipping - Tarkett Johnsonite Oak Alley Color Splash Stair Tread Hammered 48 inch is engineered with busy environments in mind, where steady grip and long-term reliability are non-negotiable. Measuring a full 48 inches in length and 12.25 inches in width, this stair tread covers the majority of commercial steps in a single piece, minimizing installation time and reducing waste. The square nose profile delivers a clean, defined edge, while the hammered finish supports improved traction and a contemporary look that holds up visually over time.
This stair tread is made in the United States from heavy-duty rubber that absorbs footsteps and stands up to frequent cleaning, spills, or scuff marks. The subtle gray color is chosen for its flexibility - it works well with most floor palettes, creating a coordinated appearance in corridors, stairwells, schools, and care facilities. Product longevity is supported by a 5-year warranty, so maintenance professionals can rely on consistent performance through daily wear and tear.
Each tread is designed to seat tightly against risers, with the continuous 48 inch length eliminating unnecessary seams. The uniform, square profile supports quick placement and ensures even alignment across multiple steps, which can be a significant time-saver on large projects. Installers will notice that material waste is kept to a minimum, resulting in a more efficient fit for both retrofits and new construction.
